Opportunities covering HeathTech, BioTech, RetailTech, EdTech and InsureTech were presented at our most recent pitch and networking evening, highlighting the Technology Revolution we are currently living in.
With such a strong range of businesses, using technology to solve genuine health, lifestyle and educational problems, it was not surprising to see a packed house of around 60 investors in attendance.
Pitching on the night were:
RightIndem – An InsureTech company automating claims processes for some of the World’s largest insurance organisations, to allow settlement of low to mid-value claims within hours.
miiCARE – Dubbed by the NHS, “Alexa for the elderly” and using AI for cutting-edge home-based health care.
What’sInStore – The world’s first AI engine that empowers shoppers to make buying decisions by sending them tailor-made information about products they actually want to hear about.
Perfectly Spoken – A small equity bridging round for an EdTech English Language Teaching Platform, now generating USD $10k monthly recurring revenues (and growing).
Accunea – An Imperial College spinout, with a solution to prevent unnecessary deaths of people on organ donor waiting lists.
