ICE London 2024 is renowned as the top trade fair for the games and entertainment industry sector. ICE and its co-located sister show iGB Affiliate in a quite spectacular style, showcasing a record 811 exhibitors from 76 nations and occupying close to 60,000 sqm of net space at ExCeL London.
The event was held from the 6th to the 8th of February at ExCel London with show organizers Clarion Gaming, were buoyant and enthusiastic about the international celebration of gaming, particularly the last editions of ICE (International Casino Exhibition) and iGB Affiliate to be held in London before relocating to Barcelona in 2025. The events will take over the entire ExCeL venue, utilizing every available space to showcase the gaming industry on a global scale.
Highlights of the extensive representation of the gaming industry across jurisdictions and verticals, emphasizing the comprehensive nature of the event. Anticipating a global attendance, expecting an energetic atmosphere, fostering new ideas, connections, and networking opportunities. The features of ICE included a wide array of games, both new IP’s and licensed, available on a range of formats, such as mobile apps, online and upright kiosks demonstrating gaming technology certainly hasn’t stood still. There were also new developments being show cased with the gamification of interaction, AI to enhance interactivity and helping companies to keep their simulations up with current trends.
This was the last year ExCeL London will host the event and has been a significant part to contributing to the event’s success, however, it will provide Barcelona a significant opportunity to host what is, by any stretch of the imagination, an important meet up for the gaming sector.
